We renovated the second floor of a heritage building into a modern and creative space with a uniquely inspiring character. White walls, soaring vaulted ceilings, and expansive glass create a modern and minimalist backdrop for exposed timber beams and old brick chimneys. It's easy to discuss good design and human scale with clients in this unique setting.

We chose Port Moody, City of the Arts because of its emerging urban vibe and small town charm. The old City Hall across the street is now the vibrant Port Moody Arts Centre. Owner-operated cafes, fine dining, personal services, and unique boutiques abound in Moody Centre.
Our founders are an Urban Planner, an Architect, and a Structural Engineer. We employ associates and technologists. We have been attracting talented and creative folks for years. With our existing team and unique projects, we are the best anchor group to share clients and connections with other designers joining CoDesign Studio. Our goal is for Mara + Natha Architecture, CityState Consulting Group, FZ Engineering, and CoDesign Studio members to be a one-stop shop for professional services related to land development. We give preference to colleagues in design disciplines.
Many of our existing employees walk to and from the Moody Centre SkyTrain Station and the last West Coast Express stop before Vancouver. They walk past countless shops, cafes, and boutiques along the way to our Moody Centre location. CoDesign Studio is one stop away from the Evergreen Line Inlet Centre station serving Suter Brook, Newport Village, and Port Moody City Hall. Nearby Coquitlam Centre and Coquitlam City Hall are also on the Evergreen Line.
We offer long-term office lease space. The idea of co-locating with colleagues in diverse industries is gaining momentum. Our private offices with opening windows, desk, cabinet, and mail service are very popular and going fast.
CoDesign Studio membership gives you access to a modern boardroom equipped with audio-visual and video conferencing technology. Available on an hourly basis.
